Supporter Q&A, Friday 29 May
A lot is happening in my FOI case this week! So it is time for another Q&A / meet and greet with my supporters. We will meet online this Friday 29 May at 19:00 AEST (UTC+10). Joining details to be provided to supporters by Thursday.
Here’s a brief update of what is happening:
Services Australia was required to file their evidence and submissions by Monday 25 May (yesterday). They didn’t make it, despite the ~6 week extension they requested. But they’ve said they will file and serve their SOFIC today (Tuesday 26).
On Friday morning there is an interlocutory hearing to decide on the confidentiality orders sought by Services Australia. I am opposing, and Jason is busy preparing for the hearing.
My expert witness Dr Vanessa Teague has been doing research and preparing her testimony. With details of the Respondent’s case now (or soon to be) revealed, it will be much clearer how Dr Teague, and my other expert witness Dr Peter Serwylo, will be able to assist the Tribunal.
